World K=8 calculator based on G25 scaled coordinates

I was trying to find a good model using Davidski's G25 coordinates that should be good enough to cover the entire world with especially good fit for Europeans (distance < 5%).
I thought that maybe 3 components would be good enough for Europe (Baltic, Atlantic, Mediterranean) with 5 more general components for the rest of the world (African, Caucasian, South_Asian, East_Asian, Amerindian).
I based my components on real populations (scaled G25 coordinates):
    - Atlantic based on Basque_Spanish
    - Caucasian based on Georgian_Imer
    - Mediterranean based on Greek
    - East_Asian based on Han
    - Baltic based on Latvian
    - Amerindian based on Mixe
    - South_Asian based on Paniya
    - African based on Yoruba

Yeah, one thing that many people aren't aware of is that it's possible to create all sorts of modern and ancient calculators based on Global25 data, and they'll work much better than ADMIXTURE calculators, because ADMIXTURE infers ancestral populations, instead of using real ones.

Anyway, this calc isn't bad, but using Greeks as the Med reference probably isn't a good idea due to significant Slavic ancestry in most Greeks.

One drawback is that you actually need G25 coordinates while for ADMIXTURE based calculators only raw data is required.
The second drawback or feature is that nMonte might be producing slightly different results in each run.
Apart from that I like G25 coordinates a lot.

PS: What do you think is a better proxy for Med instead of Greeks? I once tried Albanians but the results were very similar if not identical.

Please post your scaled G25 coordinates in code tags so that it looks like the example below:

    Code:
    ,PC1,PC2,PC3,PC4,PC5,PC6,PC7,PC8,PC9,PC10,PC11,PC12,PC13,PC14,PC15,PC16,PC17,PC18,PC19,PC20,PC21,PC22,PC23,PC24,PC25

Then I can run it for you.

This is OK. I wanted code tags because they preserve formatting and there are no whitespaces after copying so that I don't have to adjust manually the G25 scores in my text editor.

    Your results:

    [1] "distance%=2.8275"

    Mykhailo_scaled

    Baltic,70.4
    Mediterranean,13.6
    Atlantic,12
    Caucasian,3
    South_Asian,0.4
    African,0.2
    Amerindian,0.2
    East_Asian,0.2

What is your ancestry? Which city/region? Your results are very similar to mine. I think the difference is that I score a bit more Atlantic and you a bit more Mediterranean + I score a bit more Asian for some reason (East_Asian + Amerindian)
