It's weird that your Thracian World admixture is significantly smaller than the Greek. Guess you've never liked horses.

Here's how you plot with the rest:

Known ancestry: 1/2 Romanian Northeast + 1/4 Romanian Southeast + 1/4 Romanian Bukovina Ukraine
23andme: 53.5% South Euro (41.8% Balkan), 22.4% East Euro, 7.3% Northwest Euro, 0.3% Ashkenazi, 14.7% Broadly Euro, 1.8% East Asian
    MyHeritage: 92.2% Balkan, 5.8% English, 1.1% Eskimo, 0.9% Japanese
FTDNA: 45% Southeast Euro, 45% East Euro, 4% British Isles, 3% West Middle East, 2% NE Asia
    Global 25: 45.2% Levant_N, 37.2% EHG, 8.2% WHG, 8% Iran_N, 1.4% East Asian

Nah never liked much being around an 800lbs dumb animal lol makes me paranoid.
You have more Neanderthal variants than 86% of 23andMe customers.
However, your Neanderthal ancestry accounts for less than 4% of your overall DNA.

It is a calculator using Global 25 coordinates, provided by Davidski. I don't have the link atm. Im at work. Someone should be able to post it. You basically send him your raw DNA file for a few euros he calculates your coordinates, then you can provide post them here and someone should be able to run it for you.
    Known Ancestry: Albanian
    23andme results: 94% Balkan, 0.9% Italian, 0.8% Middle Eastern, 2.2% broadly southern European, 0.3 British & Irish, 0.3% Japanese, 0.5% unassigned

I find it interesting how me and my father always plot further towards Aegaen type or Islanders. My father would be moreso. My mothers paternal grandmother was Montenegrin, so it could account for my northern shift. Yet even so I am a little more southern than the Albanian average and even Greek. I also score 31 "Italian" my father 36! I know its not actual Italian. It seems to be as high as 45+ in Mycenaean k36. He would probably be further shifted south. Its very interesting considering our region is historically a Northern Albanian region.

It's based on Davidski's Global 25 and runs with your scaled coordinates, nMonte3 and R.

The idea was to estimate the impact of 4 sources of admixture on the moderns. The key word here is "estimate", because we need way more samples for a more accurate model, ideally from Iron Age+.

    These are:

    • The OG Greek World: Minoan_Lasithi, MycenaeanI9006, MycenaeanI9010, MycenaeanI9033, MycenaeanI9041, Anatolia_MLBAMA2200 and Anatolia_MLBAMA2203
    • The Thracians and other horse<beep> "Barbarians": Balkans_IA5769, Balkans_BAI4331, Balkans_BAI4332, Scythian_HungaryDA195, Scythian_HungaryDA197, Scythian_HungaryDA198, Scythian_Moldovascy192, Scythian_Moldovascy197 and Scythian_Moldovascy300
    • The Slavic "Barbarians": Slavic_BohemiaRise569
    • The Mongol Horde: Han

First of all, it will be pretty much useless if your ancestry does not come from around Southeast Europe (roughly from Hungary to Moldova then downwards until the Greek isles).
Secondly, don't overthink it, but you will notice some interesting gradients:

    • Greek World-related admixture is most prominent in the Crete, then distributed equally among Greeks and Albanians, followed by Bulgarians and Macedonian Bulgarians. In general it slowly moves towards the Eastern side of the Balkans, but notably Serbs and Montenegrins who are in close contact with Albanians bear more of this ancestry than Bosniaks and Croatians.
    • The Thracian component peaks in Bulgarians, followed by Romanians then Macedonian Bulgarians and Serbs. Montenegrins oscillate also close, but then the rest of the pops are more detached.
    • The Slavic component peaks with Poles at 100% and Ukrainians at 99%. For our Southeast Europeans, it drops gradually on the Western side from Slovenia down along the Adriatic coast, then it takes a detour to Serbia. It overflows well into Albania and Greece, and by the time it reaches Crete, the potency is still there. Notably on the Eastern side, where the language of the moderns belongs to the Romance family, this migration resulted in levels comparable to those of their Slavic speaking counterparts.
    • The Mongol Horde and their descendants spared those sheltered by the mountains, but on the plains and steppes prior to them, some joyous mixing has happened. Perfectly consensual. This admixture peaks in yours truly, then Moldovans, Romanians and Bulgarians. Those signals deep down in Albania and the Crete are probably attributed to noise.

Run it in R with the following:
    source('nMonte3.R')
    getMonte('data_file.txt', 'your_scaled_G25.txt', pen=0)

I think Greek_Crete getting 20% Slavic Migration should be quite a clear indicator that the Slavic is being exagerated here
