I think that this is a universal calculator for the ancients.

Sure, but for example there isn't a logical Farmer component in here, so the algorithm will pick bits from Beaker Iberia, Armenia_CHL and if that's not enough then Levant_N too.
However, most people outside of Southwest Europe and Caucasus won't have any admixture from these groups.
That's why I don't really get it.

That's why I don't really get it.
I ran this calc yesterday and I remember I got something like 73% Iberia_Beaker and some peanuts from the Baltic, which would mean I'd score roughly 3/4 of the Steppe component Iberian Beakers had. However this is obviously untrue because modern Iberians - even Basques - have higher ancestry from these groups than Bronze Age Iberians did.

You got 73% Iberia_Beaker, where most of that 73% is made of local farmer ancestry, then some EHG and WHG. You got the additional EHG that didn't fit in the Beakers from Baltic_BA and maybe some Armenia_CHL too if you have more CHG ancestry than the Ibearia_Beaker references (~2.5%).
Your results probably make sense, but that won't be the case for most people outside of the peninsula, unless I'm missing something.

11. None of those fits are great though, but I understand where you're coming from. I'd also get rid of the Iberia_Beaker and replace it with a more neolithic source without steppe ancestry

edit: I might have been confusing Iberia_BA with Beaker_Iberia references, but they are similar

No, they are around 60% Steppe, if memory serves right

On a high level, the distribution of base components is pretty much like that, regardless of the distance.
You can bring it down when working with relevant regional samples.
