I can't speak to samples from the 1000 Genomes Project but those from last year's green sahara paper are on Yfull:

By the way, I thought of this as I wanted to know which E-V22 subclade the Maasai have.
They have E-V3262, as do other Nilotes and some Horners, according to the Green Sahara paper. But if you wanted a subclade less than 5000 years old you're out of luck.
