Difficulty in uploading raw dna from ancestry

Can anyone explain to me what I’m doing wrong? It’s a zipped file I guess. Same file I’ve uploaded at multiple locations. Thanks

On their website, it says the following regarding uploading raw DNA files from other testing companies:

    • 23andMe© (.txt file, Build37)
    • AncestryDNA™ (.txt or .csv file, Build37)
    • Family Tree DNA (.csv file, Build37) - mtDNA only or yDNA only files are not eligible. Please note that FTDNA files download as a .gz file. This will need to be unzipped to a .csv file before we can accept the upload.
    • MyHeritageDNA (.txt or .csv file, Build37)

Have you tried to upload it as a .csv file as well? Did it work this time? I do not have access to Ancestry since I haven't tested my DNA there.

I've uploaded and keep getting the following message

Had mine uploaded for weeks too. My guess is they've put the uploading stuff on the back-burner while they get through the Christmas sale stuff?
