    App vs website differences

I went onto the app version of the site to see if I could see the beta test reports. I couldn't, but I did notice that the percentages and details were much different to the ones on the website. I wonder if the app reflects what they will be once beta testing is done or if they are still shuffling things around. For instance, my Mom's French/German percentage is doubled on the app, her minor bits of African now say a specific region, but her .1 Siberian has now gone back to broadly East Asian and Native American. Mine are 45% British/Irish on the website, but on the app it now says 39% and seems to have thrown some back into the broadly Northwestern Europe category. Anyone else notice these discrepancies.

Ours are exactly the same between the site and the app. I'm V4 and mum's V5.

Mom's website results and App results
    Ashkenazi Jewish 47.6% /49.9%
    British and Irish 31.8%/30.6%
    French and German 6.6%/12.9%
    Eastern European 0.4%/0%
    Broadly Northwestern European 8.8%/4.1%
    Broadly Southern European 0.3%/0.2%
    Broadly European 3.6%/1.3%
    West African 0.2%/0.4% Congolese
Broadly Sub-Saharan African 0.5%/0.1% Broadly Congolese and Southern East African
Siberian 0.1%/now labeled Broadly East Asian and Native American
    Unassigned 0.1%/0.1%

Could this be the old V chip version finally getting the update that newer versions got awhile back?

Yes I noticed this difference today. It wasn't there last night either. My kit, and my mother's kit got updated with bigger percentages of Middle Eastern. My kit also showed that my tiny amount of East African is Sudanese. My Ashkenazi was finally put up to a whole 1% instead of just showing 0.9 in all confidence levels. It also showed it was out of beta on the app.

My daughter's kit only showed a slight difference. We are on the v4 chip, my mom the v3. However when I just looked on the app it is back to old numbers. I'm not sure what they are doing, but that short lived update looked more in line with my mother's known ancestry. The French/German category was also increased on the app for her.

Mine seems to have gone back to the same results as the website now. Hmm wait and see I guess. Thanks for your response.
