Raw data files from LivingDNA's new Sirius chip

It appears that the raw data file does not include any no-calls, so it's hard to tell how many SNPs are actually tested. If people wouldn't mind sending me the list of SNPs from their autosomal file, I'll compile a consolidated list. My email is DNACousins@gmail.com.

Also, if you have tested at other companies, could you post a comparison of your results for SNPs that are in common? GEDmatch Genesis has a summary for that in a 1:1 comparison "Pct SNPs are full identical"; or you can use David Pike's utility

    https://www.math.mun.ca/~dapike/FF23utils/diffs.php

If you use Pike's utility, you will need to add a new header line at the top of the file that has the word 23andMe in it, e.g.

    # 23andMe format

    Thanks Ann.

Are you getting any indication how close Living DNA is coming to including all of the the SNPs in a Family Finder test?

They are scrolling out batches of results. I now have relative matches for kits I've uploaded.

You are lucky. I only match myself and I am not impressed.
