I converted my Nebula cram to bam via Bam Analysys kit v2. Is it normal for my Y chromosome to have just 12x read depth? I checked my father in law's bam file stats and his Y chromosome has 10x average read depth.
These are the YFull stats for my Nebula kit:

I've already posted my results on Reddit but I'll post them here as well.

This is what I got from WGS Extract after converting my cram file to bam using Samtools.

Then I ran some admixture calculators with all the SNPs from major DNA testing companies (Generated using WGS Extract)

    Here's my Eurogenes K36 map

Then I uploaded my WGS raw data to YFull to further analyze my Y DNA and mtDNA haplogroups.

    I got O-Y24057* and D4g1* respectively.

Cool, we are cousins! I am also mtDNA-wise D4g1. I have just received my Nebula WGS 30x results:-) Haven't started to research it yet.

Hello, cousin! I've never seen a Kazakh with D4g1 before XD That's Awesome! According to YFull, we must have shared a common ancestor about 4100 years ago!

Nice to meet you too!) Well, it is quite rare haplogroup, mostly found among East Eurasian populations. My FTDNA matches are almost all from Japan and South Korea.

I see that you have stated in your profile that your Y-DNA belongs to haplogroup C3d-M407.

Do you know which juz you belong to?

I got my results yesterday too and I used the genome browser to find my branch. It took me about 30 minutes checking SNP by SNP. Maybe there's a more professional way to do it but it gets the job done. If you don't know the structure of your haplogroup you can use Yseq panels as reference.

    What is your terminal haplogroup?

E-FT270551. It's branch with a Mauritanian, a Libyan and another tester who may also be Mauritanian (judging by his name). They share 5 SNPs with each other but I only share two.

Interesting, are you thinking about uploading to Yfull? You will form a new branch.
