This is the Krahns' new DNA testing company. Their pricing is slightly lower than FTDNA's.
They already offer a test for Y33 (which may mark the Volga-Carpathian cluster within R1a-CTS3402), which FTDNA does not offer.

Very good news indeed. I hope they get plenty of support (i.e. customers).
The foreshadowed single STR offering is nice.

This really looks good.
YSEQ DNA Origins Project - PhilosophyIs this the flexibility of Sanger sequencing and that is why they can offer +Get other SNPs on same segment for FREE and +Custom designed Primers? The main goal of the YSEQ DNA Origins Project is detailed knowledge about male ancestry. The YSEQ project serves as a platform for citizen scientists. Newly discovered SNPs will be added to the Y-haplogroup tree on ISOGG’s website and the results will be shared with the community of DNA genealogists.
Any problems with integrating YSEQ DNA SNP and STR data?
