I would probably contact them, just to get the ball rolling but that’s just me. I’d like to get my Bam file over to YFull as soon as I can, just to see what happens. So I may be a little impatient.

I contacted FTDNA about the BAM file. I was informed they are not available at this time, with the hope is that they will be in the future.

Two of my matches who have Big Y-700 uploaded to YFull. One was an upgrade from Y-500 while the other was a new test. I don't know any more than that.

I'v got two replies from FTDNA Helpdesk:

Regarding the BAM files (received 2 days ago:
This is an IT issue that we cannot resolve individually, as it must go through their department. They are currently working to get this issue resolved, as it at a high priority. An announcement will likely go out to project administrators once the issue has been resolved.
Regarding the waiting time for Y700 for new sample:
For kit 348790 we received the sample back on June 8th, 2019. The current run time for the Big Y-700 is taking up to 20 weeks. My best estimate is that the Big Y-700 on kit 348790 would be October 26th. Unfortunately, there is a general lab delay for the Big Y-700 tests, so we thank you for your patience.
And for old sample with good quality, Y700 upgrade ordered March 26th, 2019:
The best estimate at this time is that your Big Y-700 test on kit 348784 is that this test should be ready by October 16th, 2019, as long as the sample does not fail quality control.

Here is my message that I received today from FTDNA,
"Thank you for contacting FTDNA. I'm sorry the BAM file for your Big Y 700 is not yet available. We're working to make BAM files for tests like yours available and hope to have this fixed soon.
    Best regards,...

I'm just including an image of my YFull matches.

    YFull.png

The recently added have red 'new'. The red box highlights the same person. However, the 'new' 700 kit has two assumed shared SNPs while the old 500 had 1 assumed shared SNP. That seems to indicate that it's not the same file that had been uploaded by the same person. The blue box highlights a match and their second cousin. The second cousin is the new match. The new match has 1 assumed shared SNP while the other had no assumed SNP. I'm just mentioning this to rule out the old match accidentally re-uploading their own result to YFull. In terms of STRs, there is also a difference between the differences of the old match and their 'new' second cousin upload suggesting that it wasn't the same file uploaded.

The red match uploaded the upgrade to YFull on 2nd July while the new blue match was 11th June.

    Big Y-500 HiYNGS —— 704 —— 01/18/2017 - 02/01/2017

Results for your Big Y test have been delayed. We have updated your predicted completion date, and action by you is not usually required. Note that predicted dates are an estimate and subject to lab volume and quality control.

I hoping that’s an indication that my Y700 upgrade is almost done but on the other hand, it could just be an IT screw up, too.
Same thing happening with my Y700 upgrade since this morning.
FTDNA has never sent me a new kit and I first tested back in 2012, so it would be great if they managed to get enough dna from my original kit.
I scraped my cheek with the swab for over twice the recommended time to try to give them a good sample.
