It think that the analysis time depends on the complexity of the data - I have seen anything from several hours to a couple of days.
First you will get an initial placement on the YFull's tree. If there is possibility for a new branch, then they usually publish new branches in a live version of the tree. Click Live when browsing your branch. My last experience is that it would take 3-4 days, probably 1 week (And of course there is a possibility that you will stay in your paragroup and have to wait for another tester to upload his result to form a brach with you.)

The migration map is essentially an SNP tracker type map. These new tools effectively render many 3rd party and volunteer services useless.

I haven't figured out what's new either.

Edit: I looked again. The only thing I can see is they added viewing/display options, such as look at SNP count (Big Y DNA) matches only, STR matches or both.
