I do want to. Im a sucker for this kind of thing...

The web site says that you can download genomic data via a BAM or VCF file. GedMatch accepts VCF files correct?

    Looks like it currently is..
Available outside the US by Q2 2019
    30x (Clinical grade) available Q1 2019

What are your preliminary thoughts on this one?

Paper trail ancestry to the best of my knowledge:
English (possibly containing some Welsh ancestry) 31.25%, Scottish 17.96%, Scotch-Irish 12.5%, Eastern German 12.5%, Eastern European (Likely Polish possibly including Romanian) 12.5%, French 7.81%, Native American (Saulteaux and Assiniboine) 2.34%, and Colonial American, 3.125%, which cannot be traced with certainty. With certainty, there is Dutch (at least 1.36%) and some English.

At that low level of reads it might be better to spend just a little more and catch the next super sale at Dante which is 30x reads. Their delivery timescale claim of

"your results will be available on average within six to eight weeks."

also brings a little smile to my lips :-)

Still, if you have just that amount and no more... I think it would be nice to see a couple of samples. I do have some wgsx2 data from FGC and it ain't as bad as you might think.

Dante does not provide ancestry reports from what I see.

That's exactly the thing.. No point for many of us if there's no decent ancestry report.

On the Nebula Genomics Reddit someone posted about receiving an email that said their results were almost ready. Hopefully we will get a look at their ancestry or ethnicity estimate soon...

I asked them over facebook about their ancestry reports and they said that
"Sample reports and results should be coming soon!"

They use Gencove lab. I hope they will have better tools than gencove.

Im still waiting for my kit. They have the hype down, their website name drops a lot of big players, but in the back of my mind I am thinking it might be just another DNA.Land, Gencove, type of thing. I'm not terribly concerned about the results honestly. I hope they offer something new to the game but chances are its another target branded, skillfully hyped company that will deliver (I predict a lot of delays and angry people on-line!) a mediocre report. We will see, Im on the fence on this one at this point..
