Would you mind running my moderns again with this new kit as well (I guess in the other thread)? I like this model quite a bit.

If you could run this same ancient model without IA swat groups, that would be cool/interesting as well.
    Ancients with no swat:

    distance%: 1.63

    IRN_Shahr_I_Sokhta_BA3 67.55
    AFG_Darra_i_kur_low_res 14.85
    LAO_Hoabinhian 12.37
    JPN_Jomon 5.18
    IRN_Shahr_I_Sokhta_BA2 0.04

Your modern results with the full spreadsheet are posted here:

Please do a custom run as well. Could you please use reference groups for SE Asian population (Sorry for not being specific, i am new to archeogenetics - not sure what to suggest ):

I would appreciate if you do a modern run as well.

    Thanks a ton!
Actually, your full model already has a good representation of South Asian, South Central Asian, and Southeast Asian references. It is pretty easy to finish it a little by removing the neolithic Austrian and the ancient North African references and just using the other five references. It causes things to consolidate down to just three, like this:

    distance%: 1.4

    IRN_Shahr_I_Sokhta_BA3 54.61
    PAK_Swat_Saidu_Sharif_IA_o 28.58
    LAO_Hoabinhian 16.81

It is a little bit distant, but there may not be enough ancient references from the region to get a better model. Your modern, full spreadsheet model is here:

Let me know if you want to try a custom run as to which references to include. This one is a pretty simple model without doing any editing, though, I guess.
Could you run me as well? I did one a while ago but there weren't as many references back then.
