is jewish mt haplogroup H1e the same as H1e4a?

hi, im having a frustrating time figuring out about my maternal haplogroup H1e. when did it enter the Jewish people? from what country?
I had my DNA done by 23&me. I read someplace that the Jewish strain of H1e is H1e4a, but 23&me only assigned me H1e.

i was listed as 99.7% ashkenazi Jewish and .3% undetermined broadly European.

i wont be spending any more money on further tests.

is it of sephardic Jewish origin? maybe. maybe not.
My maternal ancestors came from the Kovna, Lithuania area.

Is this Jewish H1e from Italy or Spain?

Thank you so much for your anticipated help!

There's a site you can put your raw data into for a more specific haplogroup (it's free), but for the life of me I can't remember it.
Ethnogene (most accurate so far IMO): Frisian 2.8%, Scottish 19.2%, Welsh 2.4%, English 29.0%, Irish 31.7%, Cornish 1.9%, Irish Traveller 4.0%, French 2.6%, Dutch 1.0%, German 1.8%, Western Indian 1.1%, Central/Southern Ashkenazi 1.0%, Norwegian 1.5%

Are you talking about Morley? https://ytree.morleydna.com/extractFromAutosomal

It's interesting but you can't take the results literally, it had my subclade wrong and not by just a little bit.

I thought my assignment was quite accurate given there's someone on FTDNA with H1a3a in Galway (original homeland of the Irish Travellers, of which I believe my maternal line to originate).

It gave me a subclade on a branch that I'm not even positive for, I posted about it in the E Ydna section. It's a really cool service, don't get me wrong, I'm certainly thankful for people like Morley, but the only way to really know is to test.

Edit: Had no idea you could test mtdna on Morley

Re-edit: We must be talking about different services, sorry!
