I can't get past this error:
Error in is.data.frame(x) : object 'X' not found

Tried remaking the folder, using other data files, I haven't had this problem before...

    > standardize('FTDNAsktibo37.gz', company='ftdna')
    > standardize('23andmesktibo.txt', company='23andme')
Error in is.data.frame(x) : object 'X' not found

Works with ftdna doesn't with 23andme?? anyone else have this problem?

Paper trail ancestry to the best of my knowledge:
English (possibly containing some Welsh ancestry) 31.25%, Eastern European and Eastern German (Galicia, Poland) 25%, Scottish 17.96%, Scotch-Irish 12.5%, French 8.2%, Native American 1.95%, and Colonial American, 3.125%, which cannot be determined with complete certainty: there is Dutch (at least 1.36%) and some English. The rest could include Spanish, Norwegian, German, and French, but these percentages would be minuscule.

Download DNA kit studio 1.5 from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iR8...ew?usp=sharing
unzip and run it, go to the "raw to raw convertor" section and convert your raw data to DIYDodecad format,
name the output file genotype.txt and put it the same directory as all the other files,
start R change dir and execute "system('DIYDodecadWin recentancestors.par')"
Or if you don't have R, you can just open a command prompt, change dir to where the files are and execute DIYDodecadWin recentancestors.par.
you can even use DNA kit studio to merge two raw files and save them in the DIYDodecad format so that you will have more SNPs.

Very cool, I'll have to do that, thank you. Can you merge more than two raw data files?

    Hello Tolan,

I have to confess that I don’t know what it would entail but have you ever considered putting this up on DNAPortal much as Lulasz did with his K47 calculator?
    Known Paper Trail: 45.3% English, 29.7% Scottish, 12.5% Irish, 6.25% German & 6.25% Italian. Or: 87.5% British Isles, 6.25% German & 6.25% Italian.
