G25 coordinates are probably here to almost everyone only some numbers without any meaning.
With these contour maps you can achieve some grasp of the first 5 G25 coordinates.
Look at your G25 unscaled values and compare their geographic distribution on the maps.

Thanks! You just solved a long standing personal mystery of why I sometimes have a Northeastern Europe lean on some tools. I'll post about it later when I have more time.

This is an amateurish try of your first 5 PCs:

Your focus is in the sea between England, Denmark and Netehrlands.

The areas with densely sparsed contours have the highest genetic diversity, and the areas with small number of lines are genetically very similar.

Amateurish or not it's a lot better than I could ever do. Thanks for that. Other tools have often shown Netherlands and Scandinavia, as well as the expected British.

This is really interesting. My first four coordinates are pretty much what you would expect, very British, but my fifth is a bit further out. The closest I can see to it is 0.0105 and 0.011, which run through the Balkans.

I find this technique to visually work. Copy and paste a map into ms paint and find the lines that bound your value. I don't color in the oceans and seas to have a cleaner look
