It's a very strange result. I'm also confused (and disappointed) with my MyHeritage result. You should try some calculations with Gedmatch, YourDnaPortal.

Looks like the Italian half is most likely north Italian.

He got West Asian + Sephardi instead, which is odd. Myheritage is trash anyway, I suggest getting G25 or at least uploading to Gedmatch, the raw data is always useful

Which company do you think has the best process? Would you say FTDNA is good in processing your DNA sample?

I don't know about processing or raw data, my main gripe with MyHeritage is their ancestry breakdown, it can be horribly bizarre at times. I've seen Portuguese with 30% Scandinavian leading the poor guy thinking he's some sort of lost Viking, which is obviously ridiculous. Their results can look very confusing

I also get ~40%(!) Scandinavian as a Hungarian. Although I have pale skin, and I got a strong North Atlantic result, and Danish, Swedish and Norwegian people is close to me on Gedmatch results, in my case it's much more a North Slavic AND a lesser Scandinavian heritage I think.

I'd love to help you out (I'm also half Lebanese), but MyHeritage is not one of the places I've tested through. FTDNA or Ancestry, or Gedmatch, I can compare.

Well, FTDNA thinks I'm 28% Sephardic (not), so it may still suffer similar confusion in interpretation.
