    G25 CA plot is pretty similar to PCA plot (but you must do the trick to plot it in PAST - negative values are not allowed)

    I'm nearly in the same place as in the PCA, just slightly to the left, I don't think it makes much of a difference then

    CA is very sensitive to the user's data. If you have among Europeans someone with a significant part of non-European descent, then it squeezes the whole plot.

    The original plot is probably a product of K13 not being as good as G25 then, which is why some groups look more stretched in one but not the other. Also I realised my dataset is different than yours, I included all West Eurasians from the original G25 dataset (including Yemen, etc) whereas you only have Europeans, so that might also be why there's a slight difference between my PCA and your CA. Overall I don't think using one or the other makes much of a difference as far as these genetic plots are concerned
