    I believe Pegasus mentioned it earlier. For unscaled, fits of 2 are bad while on scaled, it’s good. So that 8 something distance from midi to Sintashta individuals is horrible. You need to get near 1 or lower for good fits on unscaled.

    Edit: He already beat me to it.
    pegasus modeling:

    sample": "Punjabi_Jat:Sapporo_AGUser",
    "fit": 1.1506,
    "IRN_Shahr_I_Sokhta_BA3": 43.33,
    "TKM_Gonur1_BA": 31.67,
    "RUS_Sintashta_MLBA": 25,
    "closestDistances": [

    I haven't forgotten about that stats-based assessment of SiSBA1 vs. Tepe Hissar. IRL work's set me back by over a week. I'll get round to it after everything's in order in the real world.

    I've also had a couple thoughts on the discussion between the good General and Huij regarding the application of scaled vs. unscaled coordinates, but I'll save that for another time (that interesting tangent should be split elsewhere).
    Do you think it is possible to convert the Global 25 coordinates of Simulated AASI into Gedmatch calculator values? I want to see how these Simulated AASI would score on Gedmatch calculators in terms of autosomal DNA?

    It's not possible as G25 AASI is just a location value on plot, not actual data with SNPs etc.
