this explains why when we click on certain attachments, they are now invalid? (their authors deleted them to make room?)

I would imagine that’s the case. Initially, I used to be able to post as many attachments as I wanted. Then at some point they changed their policy and limited the number by how many MBs they took up. You can clear some of your older ones out on your Profile Page. Click on the blue icon next to “More” and you’ll find the attachment link on the bottom left of the page.

You use it just like nMonte, you copy the data from the G25 dataset, choose the targets, and it'll spit out the output

Here. You can choose population averages, or individual samples. Besides that you can use the regular so-called "unscaled" coordinates or their "scaled" versions.

I clicked on one of Angles' newest(?) images in the other French thread, and got the error message, and I'm pretty sure it would have showed where he had just added my dad to a PC graph, so it shouldn't be an old/deleted image.

What do "add gradient" and "aggregate" mean?

"add gradient" is for the gradient of colours in the outputs, nothing more. "Aggregate" means that the outputs are by populations and not by individuals (POP:indiv1 x%, POP:indiv2 y% will give POP: x+y %), assuming of course that the data are suitable.
