Azerbaijani turks - Turkic group on FTDNA
Hi there ! There was no Azerbaijani Turkic ethnic group on FTDNA (unlike country group with all different ethnics) thus I decided to create the one. Özünü və ya nəslini Azərbaycan türkü kimi tanıyan hamı buyursun.
Honestly I`m not so informed in genealogy so guys please inform me here if you able to be admin there.It has been less than one month and yet we have 7 members.

We have 40 members already ! There was no any Azeebaijani ethnic turkic project so far other than this one. Even during scientific researchs abot 20% of tested Azerbaijanis were non turkic ethnic groups.
How do you determine Turkic R-M269? Which SNPs?

Are the Azeri/Azerbaijani samples in G25 from Iran? If yes, are there any G25 results out there from Republic of Azerbaijan?
