For myself, I am waiting for them to catch up with where I got to 40 years ago, but who's counting?
Slight change in appearance but not much.

EXCEPT for the other people they have now shown images of as part of a Community from the Old Country.
They have included a couple of people I have worked out should come from one of my lines from there, but they don't have any online tree or details.
    So that helps a little.
The trick is that the appearance of one of those people is from a different ethnicity, so the Old Country contribution appears to be a minor one, and one that so far appears to have eluded family historians for that line - Not a Child we expected.
NPE/MPE is irrelevant here: we know about the relevant parent - just not the child.
I think I will throw that term into a forum and stand well back. Some people (even the ones who invent new terms) can be very precious about such things.

I don't know why everyone's excited.. based on the alpha results for myself it looks like it'll be pure garbage for NW Europeans. How they completely nuke my German and just throw more into Sweden is beyond me.. hopefully those weren't representative of final updated results. But I'm not holding my breath.
AncestryDNA: 64% England, Wales & Northwestern Europe, 25% Ireland and Scotland, 11% Sweden
    23andMe (v5.2 - 50% Confidence phased with 2 parents): 53.9% British & Irish, 22.7% French & German, 3.1% Scandinavian,
17.2% Broadly Northwestern European, 1.5% Spanish & Portuguese, 0.4% Broadly Southern European,
    0.5% Broadly European, 0.2% Senegambian & Guinean, 0.2% Angolan & Congolese, 0.2% North African, 0.1% Unassigned

i cant help but think they're about at their limit for what they can do with the old chip type they are using.

of course, living DNA certainly isn't doing a great job either at the present time
Paper trail ancestry to the best of my knowledge:
English (possibly containing some Welsh ancestry) 31.25%, Scottish 17.96%, Scotch-Irish 12.5%, Eastern German 12.5%, Eastern European (Likely Polish possibly including Romanian) 12.5%, French 7.81%, Native American (Saulteaux and Assiniboine) 2.34%, and Colonial American, 3.125%, which cannot be traced with certainty. With certainty, there is Dutch (at least 1.36%) and some English.

Those who are getting their results for the first time now have the update. I checked my new matches for the new region maps. Here are some of them. Note that I couldn't find one instance of France. This means they've sorted out much of their France/Italy and France/Spain confusion. I saw someone else post a map of the new France region on reddit and it includes north Italy, while the new Italy doesn't include the northern region.

Interestingly, most of north Belarus is included in the Baltic region. It will be helpful if someone can get updated maps for the Turkey-Caucasus region and the Iran region.

    edit: updated region for France:
