The Gazan has Egyptian as well, which makes sense.

Aren't there also some Spanish people who phenotypically display strong Levantine or Levantine-like traits for some reason?

North African. And it's highest in the western part of Spain, and in Portugal of course.

It looks to me like Christian Levantines are very much native to the area, while Muslim Levantines do indeed have Levantine ancestry but also a significant amount of Mesopotamian, Egyptian, or Arabian. I wonder if this is true for everyone or just these samples.

The only Palestinian Muslim I have is Gazan and I wonder if that is sort of the lower bound for native Levantine in Palestinians, or if most of the population would come out similar to that.

The degree of this trend is kind of shocking. What’s the composition of the Levantine reference?

It looks like it's out of beta. I can see all my relatives results.
It seems I have the least Levantine at 80%

All of you have high Levantine though. Definitely confirms that Palestinian Christians are indigenous. There does seem to be minor single digits Arabian input though likely long ago assimilated.

My guess is that there was some migration from other Arab countries into Palestine that got absorbed into the existing Muslim population hence the mixture they have of Levantine, Egyptian, Arabian, etc.

Are all of these Palestinian or are some Lebanese? From the results I've seen, Palestinian Christians get 80-90% Levantine while Lebanese get 90-100%, and I'm guessing this is simply because most of the references are Lebanese, not necessarily that Lebanese Christians are more "Levantine" than Palestinian Christians. The impression I get is that most of both are overwhelmingly Levantine, but there are probably slight regional differences.
