Someone should ask them how they feel about advertising the new regions for nearly a month, without them being available and whether they think that is ethical.

This thread has been closed for the time being. Currently posts are devoid of substance, as they are repetitive and are not part of a productive conversation. Yes, MyHeritage was supposedly meant to release an update a year ago, yes, they are advertising it as part of their sale, and yes, mixed/misleading information has likely been given to the community, which has caused frustration. At the end of the day there is nothing that can be done about this, as if the community had any influence on their business model, they would have listened a year ago. Enough opinions have been voiced here, and continuing to do so will not change anything. They will release an update whenever they want, and there is nothing the community can do to change that. It is best to forget about it for now and move on.
