My Irish communities are all in one area and there’s lots of them.
Whereas my English ones are more vague. London, Essex and Suffolk are represented by East of England. Liverpool is well represented but Hampshire/Southampton is nowhere in sight. I suppose my English side is more mixed though.

Wow that’s even more saturated than the NI communities.
With the English that is probably due to a lot of immigration..
I mean, it would make much more sense for people with different origins to have different communities. I got 'Portuguese in Southern Brazil', but there should also be something like 'Italians in São Paulo', as it's a very well-established community. It's just that Ancestry is focused on Northern communities, really. Ancestry doesn't even test in Brazil. (Also, because they completely DESTROYED my Italian and made me British, so I could never get Italian anyway.)

She's right, AncestryDNA is just too focused on the British Isles anyway, as I previously said. Even their ads are just giving British examples.
I am Swedish/SwedishFinn (~50%), and then (don't know entirely)German, British Isles, and smaller amounts of south and east euro. On Ancestry dna I would have expected at least Swedish communities since it is recent, plus 23andme gives me several accurate regions for everything.

They have advertised the new regions and are talking about 3-4 week period for a turn around for results. I would be less than happy if I payed for a product and did not receive what was advertised.
