At the moment, the only specimen with a BAM file at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJEB32566 is R63 Villa Magna 970-1010 calCE Central Medieval A. He is positive for AMM080/FGC7133/Y4661 and upstream SNPs.

Ok, thanks for checking ArmandoR1b. I guess we will have to wait for the Mesolithic Bam files soon.

the paper is solely about central italy and in supp. p94 for medieval and modern central italians they reveal TableS25 the following f3-stat

followed by TableS26 in which 2-way working models for central italians (essentially LateAntiquity) incl ~15-19% germanic admixture, with LateAntiquity(barbarian invasions) already sharing more alleles with england_saxon or sweden_viking than imperial romans; reckong this is the real eason of the 'shift back' and what amorim et al already highlighted with the locals, the invaders and 700AD CL36

factchecking the samples again there really is no diff. between rural and urban imperial romans, if anything rural romans are even more east-med levantine shifted; overall surprising that the roman corpus turned out rather homogenous yet as suspected, though nice to now have on academic print, in an east-med>levantine regard; just four outliers in the imeprial set a french a basque and two north africans(R132 seemingly from a christian scholar context); too bad the republic wasnt featured and i was wrong as it turns out the only 1-way working models for IA central italians is IA croatia thus italic speakers deriving from the balkans gladly indeed more stable than it seemed

My friend Principe called it. We do have a J-CTS6190 in ancient Italy
Fascinating! I found out that R474, Civitavecchia, Etruscan, 700-600BCE, is positive for three Private SNPs of YF03795 USA. So he creates a subclade downstream of J-CTS6190 with YF03795, parallel to the other three: https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-CTS6190/

Great Find!! that would place the TMRCA of this new branch at roughly the same time of this sample, so YF03795’s ancestor is 100% an Etruscan and perhaps R474 himself is his direct ancestor.
