    Nice!

Please make new maps for these coordinates:

    MatAust_scaled,0.122929,0.14319,0.044123,0.02261,0 .035083,0.003904,0.00235,0.003,0.003477,0.007472,-0.002273,0.001349,-0.008325,0.005918,0.001357,-0.000398,0.001825,0.000507,0.006788,0.002376,-0.000125,0.006554,0.000246,-0.009278,-0.005748
    Mother_scaled,0.126344,0.142174,0.04978,0.026486,0 .038161,0.005299,-0.00282,0.003461,0.009204,0.005832,0,0.002398,0.00 1041,0.005643,-0.002714,-0.013922,-0.010952,-0.00152,0.002891,-0.003877,-0.005366,0.000371,-0.003328,-0.005904,-0.000479
    Father_scaled,0.126344,0.142174,0.051666,0.017119, 0.037238,0.005299,0.00376,0.003461,0.002045,0.0147 61,0.001461,0.004346,-0.012636,0.002064,0.008007,0.016706,0.016559,-0.004434,0.005405,0.006378,-0.002496,0.000989,0.00037,-0.003976,-0.003592

Also, if it isn't too much trouble, I was wondering if you could do a map trying to isolate each of my 3 known ancestries (Italian mostly from Veneto but also Trentino, Southwest German, and Polish). In other words, if you exclude about 50% of German_East from my results, the remainder 50% should plot in Northeast Italy, since my known ancestry is 50% North Italian, and the East German works as a proxy for my known Southwest German + Polish ancestry.

The other 50% of my family tree should be 37,5% Southwest German (probably similar to Alsace or Switzerland) and 12,5% Polish, but I often score 25% Southwest German and 25% Polish, I guess that would be possible due to random genetic inheritance.

Do you think it would be possible to exclude 50% Veneto + 12,5% or 25% Polish to see how my Southwest German side plots, and also another one subtracting 50% Veneto + 25% or 37,5% Alsace/Swiss_German to see my Polish side, please?

If that is asking too much, I understand. It is your choice. Thank you very much.

    Thank you!

It is not easy to split your ancestry into different very similar components (Trentino, SW German, Veneto).
You should tell me your parent's ancestries. It would be easier in theirs cases than in yours.

Here are your mother's map and then the map of you minus your father. They prove that you really are the child of your parents

Your father's map and then the map of you minus your mother:

Here I tried to extract from your parents their components.

Your mother's Polish (it looks that she has more than 25% Polish, or her Polish is Northeast Polish which is almost like Lithuanian and then she can have 25% of such Northeast Polish/Lithuanian)
Lombardy here serves as her SW German part (if she has it, you did not specify):

Your mother's other part when her Polish is extracted:

To get the better plots you must specify which Polish does she have.

And your father looks like SW German + Trentino, and your mother like Polish+Lombardy.

Before we get your subtraction plots, firstly we should clear out your parent's ancestries.

Here are you standard distance maps:

Hello, a question, would it be possible to make maps with selected individual samples instead of averages? I could select specific samples (the closest to each place, for example) and give it to you to make the map for me.

It is possible, but that I will not do for free.
It depends how much work this would take.

Would the purpose of this project be to link one to an ancient sample? I would be interested in this, of course with donation.

Your assumption is basically correct. My father's known ancestry is 75% soutwest German and 25% Trentino Italian. However, he often shows as half Southern German and half Nort Italian and/or Iberian in GEDmatch-style calculators. He does not score any Iberian at commercial tests, such as 23andme, but he does score a lot of Italian.

My mother is of mixed Nort Italian ancestry (Veneto) and also Polish. Unfortunately, we have no clue of where this Polish ancestry comes from. Actually, one of my mother's grandparents has a mysterious background. some in my family claim he is North Italian, some claim he is Polish or even Russian. her genealogy is kind of poor, but I would say she is 50-75 North Italian and 25-50 Eastern European (Polish from unknown region, possibly Russian).

Would it be asking too much to try some models out based on this, please?
