What is going on inside ISOGG?

I have noticed, that ISOGG trees has not been updated since october 2019.
Also - mails of people, responsible for happlogroups, are deleted from google.docs of corresponding trees, but on the main page now we have an e-mail of Ray Banks, as responsible for the entire tree.
What is going on? Are they going to update their trees?

I sent them several BAM files to establish the upper part of the substructure of R-P312>DF99, but they never acted on it to update their tree.

The ISOGG tree is important because academic studies of aDNA invariably use it as a basis for their testing.
