What is going on inside ISOGG?

I have noticed, that ISOGG trees has not been updated since october 2019.
Also - mails of people, responsible for happlogroups, are deleted from google.docs of corresponding trees, but on the main page now we have an e-mail of Ray Banks, as responsible for the entire tree.
What is going on? Are they going to update their trees?

I sent them several BAM files to establish the upper part of the substructure of R-P312>DF99, but they never acted on it to update their tree.

The ISOGG tree is important because academic studies of aDNA invariably use it as a basis for their testing.

Does anyone know if anything has been done on the ISOGG tree in the last two years?

"Typographical errors were corrected on 14 Jan 2022 - mostly elimination of duplicate info" is the last notification on the haplogroup pages but no new SNP of a year and a half or more.

I'm getting the impression its currently all up to the private company of FTDNA, which create new branches on a daily bases. Probably the tree is growing too fast for catching up at this point. The main problem I have with this is that its all up to one single private company, which might or might not exist in a couple of years. I'm glad it does exist, but its not the kind of safe haven for that amount of data under all circumstances.

There is also the YFull tree at

    yfull.com/tree

not to mention the 'minimal' Y chromosome tree of van Oven which some scientists use, not all users want a giant constantly changing tree.

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24166809/

But I agree especially since the firm you mention got sold only recently.

The system used by YSOGG seems to me the best and most suggestive because it shows me a path and how far I am in the tree from its stem. When only random SNP names are used, I'm in a fog in a forest where I'm lost.

Just looked at it, and it has my branch at Y H2a1a, with being positive for SNP Z19052, its most recent date is 11th July 2020, but think it updates still.
