That's just basal I2a I think. You're probably "I2a1b-Dinaric" aka CTS10288. It's of slavic origin and very common in south slavic peoples. You could be I2a2 but I doubt it.

PF3573, PF3876 and L460 are all SNPs that make up I2a or I-L460. You're going to need to do further testing in order to know what clade under L460 you are positive for. Odds are that you are Y3120+ like the majority of South Slavs.

This happlogroup includes almost all modern I2. Was born about 20 000 years ago, highly likely that in Ice Age West Europe. Different branches are now common in different parts of Europe, a few subclades can be also met in West or Central Asia.
If you want to find some texts, search texts about subclades. Because there is not so much you can say about this happlogroup in general.
