The mixed-mode oracles still look a bit weird for me:



I am more SI-shifted than almost all these communities!

The 4-way oracles are closer to reality. Do you know what might be causing this issue?

I'm the base sample of Punjabi Ramgarhia. I just ran the 2-way and confirmed it. I think the Punjabi Khatri/Arora includes some outlier high SI samples. If I remember properly, you're not far off from me on harappa.

The HarappaWorld extended oracles are user compiled so they can be a bit hit or miss. The sheet contains samples that are somewhat problematic when viewed in the context of their community/group.

These may very well be samples that belong to these communities, but given that they are clearly outliers we've removed them from the sheet.

I believe the Khatri/Arora is from my spreadsheet. They aren't fully Punjabi Khatri/Arora but half Punjabi Khatri/Arora and half Baniya. They showed up in some Khatri/Arora matches and were listed separately to the other Khatri/Arora samples but somehow treated as fully Punjabi Khatri/Arora on admixture studio. Thanks for removing them. The Punjabi Jatt is likely one of the kits belonging to the forum member Dr_McNinja who is Pakistani Punjabi and seems to have some type of non Punjabi Jatt admixture whether from Delhi or some place else. It's hard to say as I don't believe he is aware of any recent non Punjabi Jatt ancestry.
