    Do I have Turkish ancestry?

At ftdna, I have found 4 Turk genocousins with whom I share a common segment of 10 cM tall , and a 14 cM tall segment with 2 of them.
Could that common segment be a mere IBS or does it implies a real Turkish ancestor, maybe from Ottoman period?
It is worth mentionning that those Turks have a typical Turkish autosomal which makes a North african ancestry for them highly implausiple...

Looks like real shared recent ancestry. Turkish ancestry is possible indeed but European ancestry in Turkey is also a possibility.

I would suggest checking out the chromosome painting at that particular chromosome position at gedmatch with a low k calculator. In case of Turkish admixture I would expect increased East-Eurasian, Caucasus, and decreased SSA admixture.

I emailed all of them and received an answer from one genocousin, he stated that he does not have known North african ancestry but he thinks some of his ancestors may have been involved in barbary wars, he is Ahiska Turk from his paternal side and Balkan Turk from his maternal side.

I match with more than a thousand people on the same spot on my chromosome 16, all of whom are unexceptionally Western European. I was told that it was a specific case called "pile-up region". Have you checked if there were others(regardless of their ethnicity) that you match at this part of the same chromosome?

Interesting, albeit I share that segment with only those particular genocousins amidst the 1432 genocousins I have at FTDNA and from what I've read the chances of a 14cM tall shared segment being a real IBD are rather high topping at 90%.
As for my 10.th chromosome it doesn't look that peculiar comparatively to the remaining 21 chromosomes, for instance chromosome breakdown at PuntDNAL K15 gives the following:
