The mysteriously disappearing Denmark_BA in Antonio et al. 2019 (Ancient Rome)

The above chart from Antonio et al. 2019 shows Denmark BA and Denmark LBA as 'potential incoming sources identified by qpAdm modeling', which gave rise to the Iron Age Romans. However the main text doesn't mention Denmark BA or Denmark LBA at all. The supplementary material mentions Hungary IA and Moldova Scythian, with both appearing in relevant tables and charts, but there is no mention of Denmark BA or Denmark LBA and neither appears in any tables or charts. What's going on here?

I do not see what you refer to for the female sample R475 .......................or are you referring to other samples that you did not mention ?
    R475
    mtDNA: T2b32

A woman most likely that came via phoenician town of cadiz Spain

the Moldovan Scythian are getae-thracian as there where no scythian in moldova at that time

    Here's another funny one:

The Ancient Rome Data Explorer (published by the paper's authors) has a slightly different map, showing the ancestors of the Romans coming from central Germany:

    https://dcalderon.shinyapps.io/shiny_rome/

Compare this to the map above, where the blue arrow shows them coming from a more easterly direction. So someone carefully changed the position of the blue arrow, apparently shifting it away from Germany.

    What's that all about?

Oddly enough, even though the maps show the ancestors of the Romans coming from Germany or Central Europe, these are not mentioned in the paper and instead it just talks about the Pontic-Caspian Steppe. But for some reason there is no map with a blue arrow located on the Pontic-Caspian steppe pointing towards Rome.

Then later on, when the paper discusses other invaders coming from the north and the Fall of Rome, suddenly they are described as coming from places like Germany and not the Pontic-Caspian Steppe.

Thank you Philjames for presenting the Ancient Rome paper.
I look forward to reading the information/data.
Have you contacted any of the authors, regarding the glitch with the maps?
