I can find very little information on Angola DNA results

Which country do you think people from around Luanda region share most of their DNA with? Is it more Gabon/Cameroon or is it Zambia/Tanzania?

Along the Indian Ocean Coast: Genomic Variation in Mozambique Provides New Insights into the Bantu Expansion is mostly about Mozambique, but compares many African populations, including Angolans and Tanzanians. For instance check out Fig 4D: in that ADMIXTURE run, Umbundu, Kimbundu, and Kongo individuals resemble Gabonese, but with less Pygmy ancestry. (Not that this should be taken as gospel). No Zambians, unless the Mbukushu are from there.

Patin et al (2017), "Dispersals and genetic adaptation of Bantu-speaking populations in Africa and North America" compares Western Bantu, but doesn't have Tanzanians or Zambians. Can be read with free AAAS membership, or at: https://www.researchgate.net/publica..._North_America

If it helps, here are some GEDmatch results for a mixed-race Luandan. He's pretty much half Portuguese, half black Angolan, but he seems to have inherited slightly more from his Portuguese ancestors. Both parents are mixed-race. On his father's side his grandfather was Portuguese and his grandmother was black Angolan (Mbundu). On his mother's side, both great-grandfathers were Portuguese and both great-grandmothers were Mbundu.

Like I wrote in the thread you started previously, within the spectrum of sub-equatorial Bantu peoples, Angolans seem to share affinities with both Western and Eastern populations. They also have affinities with West Africans from Nigeria and even farther west, as well as minor (sometimes considerable, depending on the particular ethnic group) admixture from "Pygmy" and Khoisan peoples. Overall though, I think Angolans are closer to West African populations than East African ones, and certainly very close to populations from the Congos/Gabon, especially if you're talking about Northern Angolans.
