    What you think from my last question? This middle eastern side fit in Levant right, nothing of Assyrian, Mesopotamian or mizhari jew ? Because his mother is Levantine.

    Yes, if you model with Italian Tuscany and any one other group, the preference is always for a Levantine group. Given the normal variation in any one of these groups along with overlap, I wouldn't get hung up too much on the labels.

    I discovery why maybe far results to half and half, this real admixture is 50% Lebanese Christian 25% North Italian and 25% Spanish

    I suppose that analysis was made with scaled coordinates. How could I replicate it, or another model, without scaled data? I noticed the PCA plot keeps choosing scaled samples, which I never use myself

    North Italians and Spanish are very close populations already, a 50-50 mix is hard to disentangle, particularly is the Spanish is shifted towards the Central/East Mediterranean which would make him even closer to Italy. It could be easier if the Spanish side was Basque, but this is probably not the case

    His mom is full lebanese did you see Assyrian,Iranian Jew or Iraq Jew background or just levant ?
