Depends on what you know of your family history. The best way to know your ancestry is to go back on paper. As for which company seems to align more with your GEDmatch results, I would say MyHeritage because there seems to be a good indicator of North African traces within your DNA and FTDNA does not really show that. I'm not too sure about the Ashkenazi Jew that MyHeritage seems to have given you though, because I have seen almost every person on MyHeritage get at least 1% Ashkenazi Jew. That's just from what I've observed though.

Portuguese MH results are extremely varied and thus considered unreliable. From my experience people testing with different companies who upload their results to Gedmatch end up having rather similar results overall, so in terms of raw data I wouldn't care much which company one uses. That said, the best Gedmatch tests are those of Eurogenes, particularly K13 and K15, which you have not posted. K36 has too many components for my liking.

I agree that Eurogenes K13 and K15 are the best way to detect more ancient ancestry for Iberians. My Spaniard friend who is half from the south and half Catalan received mostly Iberian and a little bit of English on 23andme with like 1% African. However after taking his K13 and plugging it into Vahaduo we surmised he had about 7% Middle Eastern ancestry which 23andme did not detect.

That's just a model, but naturally that when it gives nearly 20% Basque and 10% English that there's the need for an additional East Mediterranean source. That happened because his North Atlantic is actually quite high, but otherwise those results are all perfectly in line with what Iberians score.

These are admixture calculators, they don't check actual IBD; there are many reasonable ways of statistically modelling the ancestry of an individual without necessarily having genealogical value, it doesn't mean these are the actual ancestries someone carry.

That happened because his North Atlantic is actually quite high, but otherwise those results are all perfectly in line with what Iberians score.
Well yes wouldn’t that be more for recent ancestry. At this point most Spaniards have MENA ancestry if very little, but there I don’t think an pre-Phoenician Iberian would have that much East Med or Red Sea and surely not SSA, at least the samples I’ve seen. Therefore I think it’s reasonable to say that that I out would’ve had to come from an East Mrs source as there is no relation to Iberians and Yemenite Jews who are the most traditionally ‘Semitic’ of all Jews I would say. Also a bit unrelated but my friends y-haplogroup turned out to be J1, so I don’t think thag would have come to Iberia as well without East med migrations, his fathers town was also founded by the Phoenicians.

We already know that for a fact since Olalde's paper was published, but I wouldn't put much stock in the components themselves and take them at face value
