i didnt knew about xing arain samples before actually

arain have lot of diversity and those guys in khana sheet prove that, so R1a could be from same clan/cluster in specific area of arains too

just recently i read 2 Sindhi nationalists Qadir Magsi and Jan Arain shot a Muhajir women due to muhajir and sindhi conflict . (point of posting is arain are as much rooted in sindh as punjb but most dont know it)

Majority of Arain samples from out sheet are closely related, and were each other match as I mentioned in my previous post. Arains have quite a wide distribution, I'm not aware about their history in Sindh, but in east part of border, they stretched from Punjab to UP, including Haryana and Rajasthan in between.

To put the results in visual perspective

Here is where you would plot on a map and a 2D PCA (The 3D version of the PCA is at GenoPlot )

L is present only among Kammas at 25%, other castes have much less < 5%. The ITU data also includes big number of Brahmins so you see high R1a and less L.

R1a is not bound to some community , available data from i have seen , surprisingly sindh have more then any other region , 52.4 % ratio of R1a and it could be due to some theories i read that some R1a clads spread from iran or something like that but could be from anywhere since i am no expert

your kamma claims looks all fugazi , gimme a source anna
