Z16423 breaks off from the Z255 block

The FTDNA haplotree was recently updated to split off Z16423 from the other 13 SNPs that make up the Z255 block:

Given that this new R-Z16423 branch is only two SNPs below DF13, this SNP may be of interest to anyone who tested negative for the major DF13 subclades but hasn't done Big Y testing.

I couldn't find this man in the L21 or R1b projects (nor on the Big Tree), and if he's in the Z255 project, his kit is not publicly viewable there, either.

From looking at the BigY block tree of a Z255+ BigY tester in Ireland project I found following interesting titbit:



25 private variants in one BigY test. No details on who the tester is or origin.
