It will be interesting to see how they roll this out, if V5 chips are done first and us on V4 and older chips are updated after. I can't remember how they did it last year.

It doesn't look photoshopped (I've worked with Photoshop enough to have a reasonable idea), however his results were first available only a few days ago, so I don't understand what's going on. His initial result date and Ancestry Composition dates are the same, yet he's saying he received an update, so technically, the Ancestry Composition section should have different dates, as he has two sets of results. I could be wrong.

The problem here is that instead of screenshoting the 23andme app, where you can't easily modify the code, he screenshoted a browser window, where it takes 2 seconds to alter the text within the tags.
This is for example what I've done just now on you.
