First Finnish ancient Y-DNA

I only got to reading paper by Majander et al (2020) about syphilis and noticed there were two samples from Finland. PD28 is male and was buried in Porvoo. CHS119 is female and was buried in Turku. I processed both their samples using nf-core/eager. According to Yleaf 2.3 PD28's Y haplogroup is N1a1a1a1a. PD28 seems to be mostly Finnish and CHS119 Swedish.

Anyone want to confirm my findings?

It is a possibility but I couldn't find any syphilis related studies that used North American aDNA samples.

Fixed it. Ideally I would want to convert it straight to eigenstrat, but a PED or binary PED works too.
