My latest updated results from Ancestry (origin Maluku Islands - East Indonesia):

(It is much better now. But based on their current reference panel, I see Philippines as "Austronesian" instead of really "Philippines". Let's hope that Ancestry in the future has a more extensive reference panel (especially from our area) that will give the testers from East Indonesia (West Melanesia) a more accurate result.)

Nice! Did you see these (pre-update) results of a Timorese girl already? She's mixed/mestiço but still interesting to see "Melanesia" being higher than "Philippines".

Just two lol.. One is from Savu Island, near Timor (also the roots of my maternal grandmother) and one from Maluku.
I have a total of 21 matches only

Yes they are from Indonesia, Philippines & a few (6) from Polynesia...

I think that isnt uncommon especially in more isolated peoples and tribes in Wallacea such as interior Timor Leste Papuan speaking tribes,Moluccan Alifuru tribes in interior Seram,and especially Southeast Moluccans like Kei,Aru,Alor,Babar,and Tanimbar Islanders.
