Thank you! Do you mind removing SIS BA2 and re-running the second set with the following:

    Shahr_I_Sokhta_BA3
CG_CentralSteppeMLBA (perhaps simulate this with Sintashta + KAZ_Botai; instead of Sintashta + WSHG)
    Gonur1_BA + Dzharkutan1_BA + Sappali Tepe BA (BMAC)
    NPL_Chok

Then, re-run it with SSo. I don't think SSo should be combined with SIS BA3 as some individuals prefer one over the other. Also, I don't think ANF is needed with those 3 BMAC pops covering any additional ANF outside of Steppe.

    Thanks again in advance.
Here you go. IMO BA3 is not the base population for most Punjabis so this test makes everyone look super heavy on BMAC. Y-DNA does not match this kind of run.

They are extremely close to Punjabi Jatts, is there a meaning behind that?

Probably means the UK samples have a lot of Jatts.

For now I did something along what you were asking. The BA2 middle cluster is cleaner and SSo and BA3 are combined. The Steppe only contains 2 samples MLBA and WSHG, the BMAC includes Gonur1 and Dzharkutan1_BA. This should clear up which sample are what because I added Yamamoto's members list.

Hello. Would it be possible to run these two models on all Khatri and Kamboj individuals?

I am not able to recreate this run, I don't know what is incorrect. Even the coordinates I PM'd you don't work that great. However, I was able to get close using ADC. So we will just have to go with that.

Thanks! I'm sure we'll figure it out somehow. Really cool to see these results though, very uniform.
