Greek regional samples (median) with Corded Ware.

David mentioned recently that the Steppe component in Greeks is Corded-Ware derived. The below model (scaled, default penalty) reflects this nicely:

Should we assume that "Corded Ware" is the total of the various corded ware groups on the ancient datasheet ?
If so, my friend's model is the following

    Target: Chris_scaled
    Distance: 2.0303% / 0.02030288
    49.0 TUR_Barcin_N
    20.4 Corded_Ware_Baltic_early
    9.8 IRN_Ganj_Dareh_N
    8.8 Corded_Ware_DEU
    8.0 Levant_PPNB
    4.0 GEO_CHG

The one I used was the 2337 BCE Poland, but feel free to use some other.

Interesting. I must be using different Corded Ware populations than you, as this model is showing almost no Levant PPBN in some of our Mainland Posters here.

Can you add Cypriot Greek avarage into the mix? Obviously very low.

    I just got this:

    Target: Andrewid_scaled
    Distance: 2.5158% / 0.02515807
    38.0 TUR_Barcin_N
    26.2 Levant_PPNB

It's probably because of the difference in penalties, or because some users are too northern shifted for the reference populations. I just realized I forgot to use the Greek_Thessaly, so this is an updated list with Cyprus, also:

It's not a calculator, I picked the references individually. They're scaled and with default penalty, I don't remember batch/cycle run, but it was pretty high.
