    The consensus seems to be that you must email YFull with each sample in order to take advantage of their ancient DNA offer. Samples are more likely to be added to the tree if you offer them convincing reasoning in terms of good sample quality and the status of the sample among professionals.
    Most of my family is from Tennessee, though a few of my ancestors are from adjacent areas of North Carolina and Georgia. My paternal line is positive for Z30682, underneath J-Z7671 and Y11200.
