I would say they are more Finno-Ugric than Slavic (along with main Turkic of course). But again, Volga Eastern Slavic and Finno-Ugric are, roughly speaking, pretty much the same.

I want to know from what region my Russian ggmother's ancestors were from, she was from Kamchatka, but most likely her ancestors were moved somewhere from Ural to there I think according to that relatively high Volga-Ural, that I have

I got 50% English, 35% Irish and 15% Scottish in the latest update. It was similar to the 2019 update, except on that I got some Norwegian: 55% English, 43% Irish and Scottish, 2% Norwegian.

If I did have an ancestor from Russia or Finland, wouldn’t it show on at least one of these results though? This is why I’m confused.

This is really interesting. So these Eastern European/Finnish matches you have with 23andme, are they shared with other Englishmen or just you?
I think it's probably real, although you must keep in mind that the new 23andme chip works really bad with Gedmatch, so it might be just damaged raw data from your side and nothing real.

    Agree with the above^^^

My guess is that it is a quirk (the high Siberian) of the v5 chip data on GEDmatch. I know there is a way to convert your v5 data to the more reliable v3 data, admixture studio has the app for doing that I believe.

It's just the poor 23andmev5 data; try converting it to v3. Some Irish do have higher baltic score I've noticed though.
