My Ancestry upload only gave me two ethnicities (as well as unassigned) too. I don't have MH raw data so I can't speak for that, but DNA Land uploads do tend to differ immensely depending on the provider.

Yes, i will do 23andme soon and see the upload the raw data.
I was pleasantly surprised by DNA.LAND. The results for both uploads were similar to my 23andme results:
98% NW European + 2.1% North African
98% NW European + 2.3% South Central European
It was closer than FTDNA and MyHeritage, which had me as various unlikely ethnicities. I think they both took a smidge of Southern European and Asian-like DNA and ran with it all guns blazing.
