African phylogeny (beginning...)
Here is a little image here for everyone to browse. This fits well and is in agreement for D-stats. There are several African components. The oldest is a "basal human" lineage that is labeled W_Africa which maximizes in the Shum_Laka individuals here. South_Africa_2000BP maximizes S_Africa at 100%. No additional ancestry is needed here. East Africa is featuring two splits. One that maximizes in Kenya_LSA and Shum_Laka, while the other is maximized in Mota. In this, Mota splits off before OoA, which is shared more with Kenya and Shum_Laka. There is no affinity to the crown Eurasian groups exemplified by SunghirIV, Ust_Ishim, and Tianyuan. I think this is a cue that these individuals are unadmixed with post-OoA groups. Although, adding more individuals may change that. I'll add some more Africans to this, before expanding onto more recent Eurasians.

Great news! I've gotten even further with Africa. I definitely need a population that has more basal human than Shum Laka. They have additional East African ancestry.
The earlier population is wild looking. I'll have that hopefully before the end of the night.

Back-to-Africa flow to IBM is also not at all what we would expect. This is absolutely nuts.
