    If you mean the 0.4x one then the answer is no.

    Agree with teepean47 - the 0.4x one will be so full of no calls and false positives it won't be worth it.

    If not the 0.4x, YFull's order page says "Technical requirements: .BAM file; depth of coverage min 15X; read length min 100 bp" so use that as your guide.
