    France Iron Age references average.

I'm not entirely sure I haven't posted them before.

    Could be useful for you:

    FRA_IA:average,=FRA_IA_north,+FRA_IA_central,+FRA_IA_south,

    Code:
    FRA_IA:average,0.12499850,0.13945080,0.05229950,0.03497207,0.04291703,0.01294303,-0.00147757,0.00315717,0.00926553,0.01338057,-0.00057315,0.00843333,-0.01658480,-0.00898483,0.01588750,0.00014667,-0.00501533,0.00431888,0.00196333,-0.00022367,0.00512350,0.00271067,-0.00228933,-0.001172,0.00089433
I think that the result running them in "modern averages" is quite good:

Nice but distorted I think, to have something accurate we would need :

    - High quality samples
    - Samples from more parts of ancient Gaul, we are missing center, South western and North western...

Here we see a pull towards Belgium because 2 of the tested sites are in North Eastern France and which is not sufficiently representative of ancient Gaul I think, just my opinion, but thanks for your work.

Maybe an accurate average would not differ much from that one though...

I think that avarage is quite good.

I used a similar average for one of my calculators.

In my humble opinion I think we gonna find out that the avarege going to change a bit more South in Future as we get more samples. But atleast the average is not North European like some people claim.

Davidski and some other members. They claim that North Italian and French Gauls were North European or North West European.

Thanks, this would be a huge surprise really, when are these samples going to be released, do you know ? In any case, I don't think we can talk of the Gauls as if they were an homogeneous group of people, this is something we already know.

Once more, given the pitiful coverage of the samples from Brunel's study, any debate over these samples is a waste of time. These averages have absolutely no value.

You can choose yourself the individuals that you think are valid to make a useful average of that time and zone, and I will make the mean for you.
