Best way to process 23andme raw data

Can anyone suggest how I can use my 23andme data to understand better my ancestry and how I compare to others. I see people pasting their coordinates like g25 but I'm not sure how to arrive at this stage. Some people explained how the calculators work which is great but how can I go from 23andme txt file to using those calculators. Also, is the g25 the best that is around, what are the alternatives?
